I hope everyone enjoyed Chanukah this year. Now, we’re busy cleaning the wax off our Chanukah menorahs.  As we do so, many of our friends are busy preparing for Christmas. While all of us have New Year’s festivities to look forward to, we Jews find ourselves in a bit of a vacuum as the holiday season kicks into high gear.
